1. Exclusive Showroom Dealership

(Only STRIKECO EV brand to be sold)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Initial order of 12 vehicles. Follow-up orders may include 12 / 24 / 36 / 40 units depending on dealership category and market demand.

Area Requirement: Minimum 1000–1500 sq. ft. showroom space.

Security Deposit: No security deposit required. STRIKECO will provide the soft copy of the showroom design; execution and setup are the dealer’s responsibility.

2. Multi-Brand Dealership

(STRIKECO EV alongside other brands)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Initial order of 12 vehicles. Follow-up orders can be for 12 / 24 / 36 / 40 vehicles based on dealership category.

Area Requirement: Minimum 1000–1500 sq. ft. shared space within a multi-brand showroom.

Security Deposit: No security deposit applicable. STRIKECO will provide branding and design guidelines in soft copy for display setup.

3. Sub-Dealership (Under a Main Dealer)

Minimum Purchase: At least 6 vehicles must be purchased directly. Remaining order quantities depend on mutual agreement with the main dealer.

Area Requirement: Minimum 600 sq. ft. for display and operations.

Security Deposit: No deposit required. Branding support and guidelines will be provided in digital format.

General Terms

Pricing & Offers: Subject to change based on market dynamics and will be informed in advance.

Branding & Marketing: STRIKECO EV will provide digital marketing support and design templates. Offline branding execution is the dealer’s responsibility.

Logistics & Delivery: Delivery timelines will be shared after full payment and confirmation of order.

Payment Terms: 100% payment before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

After-Sales Service: Dealers are expected to provide basic service support and coordinate with STRIKECO for warranty and technical issues.
